| Liebe Vereinsmitglieder, Hiermit laden wir Euch herzlich zur diesjährigen Mitgliederversammlung ein. Sonntag, den 19. April 2026 um 13 Uhr Unter dem Zeltdach auf dem Dorfplatz Wie in den vergangenen Jahren wird der Vorstand den Jahresbericht und den Kassenbericht für 2025 sowie einen Finanzausblick für 2026 vorstellen. Ein zentraler Punkt wird – wie jedes Jahr – die Neuwahl des Orga-Teams (Vorstand) sein. Überlegt daher gerne schon jetzt, ob ihr selbst kandidieren möchtet – oder ob ihr jemanden nominieren wollt! Ihr könnt außerdem eigene Themen für die Tagesordnung einbringen. Bitte beachtet, dass eigenständige Anträge (Themenvorschläge) spätestens acht Tage vor der Versammlung beim Vorstand eingegangen sein müssen. Stimmberechtigt sind alle Mitglieder des Vereins. Aus jedem Beet sollte möglichst mindestens eine Person vertreten sein. Falls das nicht möglich ist, bitten wir um eine rechtzeitige Abmeldung. (Bitte denkt daran, rechtzeitig den Mitgliedsbeitrag von 12 €/Jahr auf unser Garten Konto zu überweisen. Die Kontodaten findet Ihr unten in der Mail.) Zum Schluss:Wusstet ihr, dass Bienen Entscheidungen treffen durch einen demokratischen Prozess, der auf dem Schwarmverhalten und Kommunikation basiert ? Und dass jede Ameise ihre eigene Rolle im großen Haufen hat? Murmuration (das geordnete, fließende Flugverhalten von Starenschwärmen) ist ein weiteres Beispiel für kollektive Intelligenz in der Natur. Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM Under the tent roof on the Dorfplatz. As in previous years, the board will present the annual report and financial report for 2025, as well as a financial outlook for 2026. The Assembly takes place in German but we are happy to answer your questions. A central item on the agenda – as every year – will be the election of the organizing team (board). We encourage you to already consider whether you would like to run as a candidate yourself – or nominate someone else. You are also welcome to propose additional topics for the agenda. Please note that independent proposals (agenda items) must be submitted to the board no later than eight days before the assembly. All members of the association are entitled to vote. Ideally, at least one person from each garden plot should be represented. If this is not possible, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance. (Please remember to transfer the annual membership fee of €12 to our garden account in due time. You will find the bank details at the end of this email.) | Mitgliederversammlung FAQ Was ist die Mitgliederversammlung? Unser Verein hat fast 200 Mitglieder – und ohne den Verein gäbe es keinen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Keine Organisation, keine gemeinsame Pflege und keine langfristige Sicherung der Grünfläche auf dem Tempelhofer Feld. Also: danke, dass ihr mit dabei seid! Die Mitgliederversammlung (MV) ist das zentrale Organ unseres Vereins: Hier stellt der Vorstand den Jahresbericht und den Kassenbericht für das vergangene Jahr sowie einen Finanzausblick Für das kommende Jahr vor. Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist die (Wieder-)Wahl des Vorstands. Stimmberechtigt sind alle Mitglieder des Vereins. Wie sieht das konkret aus? Die MV ist nicht nur eine formale Notwendigkeit –sie ist der einzige Moment im Jahr, in dem wir als gesamtes Kollektiv zusammenkommen. Unser Verein hat fast 200 Mitglieder, aber wenn viele denken „Ich komme dieses Mal nicht“, kommen wir nicht weiter. Deine Teilnahme macht einen Unterschied. Und deine Rolle im Kollektiv ist genauso wichtig wie jede andere. Wir wissen: Wie ein Baum wachst, es braucht Zeit, in solche Strukturen hineinzuwachsen – genau deshalb ist diese Form der Zusammenkunft so entscheidend. Gerade in Zeiten, in denen die Zukunft des Feldes unter Druck steht, ist es wichtig, sich über die eigenen Beete hinaus zu vernetzen, uns gegenseitig zu stärken und unsere Wurzeln tiefer in die Erde zu schlagen. Wie kann ich mich vorbereiten? Lest euch die Protokolle durch Nehmt euch einen Moment Zeit und fragt euch: Was möchte ich in den Garten einbringen? Welche Kapazitäten habe ich? Interessiere ich mich für bestimmte Bereiche (z. B. Bienen, Reparaturen, Kompost)? Wie möchte ich Verantwortung in einer AG oder im Vorstand übernehmen? Wir (Du, Ich, Sie, Er, Them) sind es selbst, die die Strukturen schaffen, durch die dieser Garten wachsen und blühen kann. ————————— General Assembly FAQ What is the General Assembly? Our association has nearly 200 members – and without the association, there would be no community garden. No organization, no collective care, and no long-term safeguarding of the green space on Tempelhofer Feld. So: thank you for being part of it! The General Assembly (GA) is the central body of our association: Here, the board presents the annual report and financial report for the past year, as well as a financial outlook for the coming year. Another key point is the (re-)election of the board. All members of the association are entitled to vote. What does it look like in practice? We meet together in the garden and go through the agenda (TOPs) step by step to vote on the topics.There is space for reports, questions, discussions, and decisions. (You can add your TOPS up until 8 days before the meeting via: garten@allmende-kontor.de) Why is the General Assembly important? And why does it matter that I attend? The GA is not just a formal requirement – it is the one moment each year when we come together as a full collective. Our association has nearly 200 members, but if many people think, “I’ll skip it this time,” we won’t move forward. Your participation makes a difference. And your role within the collective is just as important as anyone else’s. We know: like a tree grows, it takes time to grow into these structures – which is exactly why this form of coming together is so essential. Especially in times when the future of the field is under pressure, it is important to connect beyond our individual plots, to strengthen one another, and to let our roots grow deeper into the soil. How can I prepare? Read through the previous meeting minutes Take a moment to reflect: What would I like to contribute to the garden? What capacities do I have? Am I interested in specific areas (e.g. bees, repairs, compost)? How would I like to take on responsibility in a working group or on the board? We (you, I, they, all of us) are the ones who create the structures through which this garden can grow and flourish. |
