Habt ihr Lust, den Garten aktiv mitzugestalten? Euch Gedanken zu Beteiligung, Community-Prozessen und zur Vermittlung des Gartens zu machen? Das Orga-Team ist kein abstraktes Gremium – sondern sehr hands-on!
Als Teil des Orga-Teams übernehmt ihr eine wichtige Rolle:
Ihr bildet das organisatorische Rückgrat des Vereins – und ermöglicht damit den Garten.
Gerade jetzt – in Zeiten, in denen Freiräume wie das Feld unter Druck stehen – braucht es Engagement und gemeinsame Verantwortung.
Was heißt das konkret?
Das Orga-Team besteht aus 7 Personen
und trifft sich während der Gartensaison etwa 2× im Monat im Garten,
im Winter online oder im Nachbarschaftstreff in der Mahlower Straße.
Besprochen wird alles, was den Verein und den Garten betrifft:
Finanzen & Mitglieder
Planung & Organisation
Anfragen für Führungen und Kooperationen
und alles, was sonst so auftaucht
Wie im Garten selbst hat sich über die letzten 15 Jahre eine Struktur gebildet,
auf der ihr aufbauen könnt – und die ihr gleichzeitig von innen verändern könnt.
Ihr werdet dabei u. a. durch die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit unterstützt.

Join the Board / Organizing Team!
Would you like to actively help shape the garden?
To engage with questions of participation, community processes, and how the garden is shared and communicated?
The organizing team is not an abstract body – it is very hands-on.
As part of the organizing team, you take on an important role:
You form the organizational backbone of the association – and make the garden possible at the Feld.
Especially now – at a time when open spaces like the field are under pressure – commitment and shared responsibility are more important than ever.
What does this involve in practice?
The organizing team consists of 7 people
and meets about twice a month in the garden during the gardening season,
and in winter either online or at the neighborhood meeting space on Mahlower Straße. Meetings take place in German.
You will discuss everything related to the association and the garden, including:
Finances & membership
Planning & organization
Requests for tours and collaborations
And anything else that comes up
Like the garden itself, a structure has developed over the past 15 years
that you can build on – and at the same time reshape from within.
You will also be supported, among other things, by the communications person.
